Smoke pot, be happy!

Hello, my name is David and Thursday April 12th I received a twenty day suspension from my school (Blessed Trinity) after defending my girlfriends freedom… She was informed by her teacher in the morning her arm (which has self harm scars on it) was disturbing to others and may upset them, this issue was brought to the principal who agreed with what had been said. He stated she couldn’t have her arm revealed because it is viewed as “disturbing” to which I replied asking where it was listed that her arm had to be concealed, I was asked to leave immediately after… I waited a short while in the office outside out principals door until my girlfriend ran from the room crying, after I caught up to her she informed me the principal went on about how her arm is disturbing and how other people would be upset so he needs to make sure they are happy. I walked back into his office and told him he needs to think before talking to people and he doesn’t know how upset he made her. I was there in her defense because she was to upset and was removed when i tried to help… when I returned home I was notified I was suspended for “threatening” the principal and was informed during school because our principal felt his safety was in danger. I was falsely accused after trying to help and now have to suffer because of it, we are trying to get word put out about this to revoke my suspension and to solve the issue with our schools views on self harm. Why should a person with self harm marks be forced to hide their scars but someone who was injured in some form of an accident has no restrictions on what is viewable? She hasn’t self harmed in a month and her confidence level has grown dramatically since, she felt she would be able to have her arm reveled without fear of everyone seeing but her idea was shut down right away by the school. This is discrimination and it is highly expected my punishment is more because of our principals dislike for me, please reblog this and get the word passed on. Thank you very much!
